Last week I admitted I loved pom pom cushions. I may have even encouraged you to add a pom pom cushion to your décor.
Another interior trend that I’ve jumped on board with is the tassel trend. Tassels are being adorned on cushion covers, rugs, towels and throws. They add a little bit of fun to your interiors and are a little more ‘adult’ than pom poms.
When I saw Pillow Talk advertising tassel cushions and a matching throw, I knew I had to get them because they matched with our existing colour scheme and they gave a mini update for under $100.
Tassel homewares, like pom poms, are a feature piece, so introduce your tassel pieces sparingly.
Beware that you need to wash your tassel linen on a delicate speed in the washing machine to ensure the tassels don’t matt together. (Just advising from personal experience!)
